Digital Services Only

BiJobSupport provides exclusively online, digital services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. No physical delivery is involved in any of our offerings.

How Sessions Are Delivered

• All Power BI job support and training sessions are conducted via Google Meet.
• Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique Google Meet link.
• The meeting link is also accessible from your booking confirmation page and the "My Bookings" section of your account.

Delivery Timeline

• Booking confirmation email: Sent immediately upon successful payment.
• Google Meet link: Included in the confirmation email and available in your booking details.
• Session: Delivered at the date and time you selected during booking.

Technical Requirements

To attend a session, you will need:

• A stable internet connection.
• A device with a camera and microphone (laptop or desktop recommended).
• A Google account or the ability to join Google Meet as a guest.

Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes of booking, please check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact us at powerbi@bijobsupport.com or via our Contact page.
