1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BiJobSupport ("we", "us", "our") services at bijobsupport.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BiJobSupport provides online Power BI job support and training sessions delivered via Google Meet. All sessions are conducted remotely. Session availability is subject to scheduling and may change without prior notice.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website at bijobsupport.com.
• Payment is required at the time of booking for paid sessions.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources shared during Training sessions are the intellectual property of BiJobSupport. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or resell any session content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

BiJobSupport provides guidance and support in good faith. We are not liable for any employment outcomes, project results, or decisions made based on advice given during sessions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
